CES partners with architects for up front-design development and structural design for construction of residential and commercial buildings. CES through its many years of experience within the architectural and construction industries provides the architectural clients insights for the successful implementation of their designs.

General Contractors:

CES provides services to general contractors who erect structures. These customers are normally local and nationally based. CES provides design services as well as development of field-friendly design revisions as is common in the construction of a structure. CES partners with these clients to create cost-effective and efficient structural plans with a turn around time to keep within the construction schedules. CES also partners with general contractors to provide third-party review of the architectural drawings, specifications and calculations/drawing submittals for code and specification compliance. Home Builders:

CES provides services to residential home builders for anything from production homes to large luxury homes. Although the CES Residential division handles most of the production and custom homes, the Structural department at CES excels at the high-end luxury custom builder. These types of projects are usually over 10,000 square feet, in excess of several million dollars in construction costs and/or have very unique and challenging design issues. CES works with these builders from the preliminary design to the final inspection of the property. CES experience with these high-end homes provides our clients with a true partnership in the final successful design of their projects.

Developers / Building Owners:

CES partners with developers and building owners for up-front design development for the proper preparation of their projects. In addition, CES provides third-party review of calculation and shop drawings submittals for code and specification compliance. CES gets retained by insurance companies to assist in the evaluation of structures which have experienced distress due to fire, wind, earthquake, tornadoes, hurricanes or other catastrophic events. CES diverse experience within the construction industry and its depth of knowledge within the structural design of buildings joined with the many years of experience in failure investigation allows CES to be a true partner for these type firms.

Plaintiff / Defense Attorneys:

CES gets retained by Plaintiff or Defense Attorneys to assist in resolution of compliant or non-compliant construction related issues on projects.
