Primarily responsible for drafting and coordinating detailed phases of architectural work in a part of a project, a partial project of moderate scope and / or the development of project design concepts and documents.  This individual performs work which involves architectural and engineering practices but may include a variety of complex features. 

1. Creates, designs, and produces construction documents individually or in a team setting. Designs, documents and / or reviews new building details required per instructions from the supervisor. Communicates and develops designs with architects, engineers and designers.

2. Develops construction and design documents and code review.  Coordinates the preparation of documents to reflect change orders and reviews permitting and code issues.
