Advance agreements with this client allowed CES to provide emergency response services within 12 hours of both Hurricane Rita (2005) and Hurricane Ike (2008). The CES emergency response team provided the MCM ELEGANTE HOTEL a report outlining the property damage, and life safety concerns. CES was also engaged by the owner to provide Construction Management Services for renovation of the property which resulted in minimum disruption of guest services. Construction cost were also held within established budgets. All renovated roofs, walls and windows have been upgraded to the current International Building Code for this windblown debris region.
