This three bedroom vacation home is sited on a severely sloping lot facing the Pacific Ocean. As the plan unfolds it steps down the mountainous slope taking advantage of the view. The flying balconies provide 180 degree views from multiple vantage points throughout the home. The design combines a rich palette of treated copper, high efficiency glazing systems and natural stone.
